Jules Stoddart

As little girl, nothing made Jules happier than making trips to the hardware store with her dad.  The truth behind it is that they were going to get hot glazed doughnuts and trying to hide the crumbs in the car from her mom.  Hiding it never worked, but that never stopped them.  From this, Hardware Pastries was born.


Stoddart has an established career that includes administrative and creative projects encompassing cruise ships, hotels, multi-unit restaurants and working with James Beard nominated chefs. In her current role as a culinary consultant her goal is to provide a fresh perspective and support a process which adds value so we can continue to create growth and success in the hospitality industry. Within moments of meeting Jules, you will instantly know her passion for food and the joy she has in sharing it with others.
